Circa 1850-60. Two storey sandstone brick villa with ashlar dressings. Quoin pilasters, plat band, cornice and blocking course. Three bay front with two returning canted bay flanking architrave framed first floor window and porch with ornate Composite capitals. South return has cast iron trellis porch. Included for group value on important corner site.
