Circa 1840-50 villa similar to No 56, a 2 storey 3 bay front but with addition of
quoin pilasters and a more deeply moulded eaves cornice plus blocking course.
Same type of fenestration. The doorway, instead of a porch, has flanking pilasters
with roundels in necks and deep entablature over.
