Circa 1845 terrace of small sandstone "brick" town houses. Slate roofs with
bracketed eaves, corniced chimneys. Two bay fronts. Revealed sashes with
ashlar lintels and block sills. A few retain glazing bars. Pilastered
doorways with steps up. Included for group value as an early example of
small scale development at the beginning of the mid century building boom.
