Farmhouse. Mid C18, with C20 alterations. Regularly coursed
squared gritstone with ashlar dressings, quoins, coped gables
with moulded kneelers, and 3 ashlar stacks, 2 at the gables,
and one ridge stack, all with moulded caps. Stone slated roof.
East elevation of 2 storeys and 3 bays, with off-centre
doorway having a massive surround and lintel. Plain plank
door. Each bay has stacked 2-light flush-mullioned windows
with 6-pane glazing bar casements. Lean-to offshut to rear
elevation. Low boundary wall to the front of the house with
flat copings incorporates 2 stepped gateways onto paved
threshold.
