GV II

House. Early C19. Red brick with slate roof and brick ridge
stacks. 2 storeys. 4-window range of sashes, C20 window and
blind window. On ground floor, similar sashes and entrance to
centre right. Elliptical-headed arch contains doorcase with
attached columns and cornice and blind tympanum. 6-panel door.
Moulded eaves cornice. Roof dormer. Later wing to left with
banded red and yellow brickwork. Right side to Avenham Lane
has 2-storey bow window. INTERIOR not inspected.
