Villa, now divided into flats. 1880s, built by William
Willett. Yellow stock bricks, lavish use of moulded and
incised bricks for cornices, aprons, string courses and
lintels, rendered basement, hipped slate roof and hipped
central bay projecting into attic storey, stacks forming
continuous walls on returns. Plan: double-fronted. Two storeys
plus attic over basement, 3:1:3 bays, sashes without glazing
bars in segmental-headed openings, cills carried on shaped
brackets, full-height canted bays flanking entrance bay, round
arched opening carried on rusticated piers with ornate
capitals, recessed panelled door with fanlight and sidelights
approached by shallow flight of steps.
