House. Late C18-early C19. Stucco, gable end stacks and a C20
concrete tiled mansard. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian
style. 3 storeys; 4-window range. A symmetrical front with a
C20 left-hand projecting 1-window block and relocated doorway,
and a coped parapet. Doorway has brackets to a pediment,
batswing fanlight and 6-panel door. Plate-glass ground-floor
sashes, 6/6-panes to upper floors, and two C20 dormers.
Full-width wrought-iron balcony and verandah with guilloche
decoration. INTERIOR not inspected.
