GV II

House. Early-mid C19. Stucco, coped gables and gable stacks,
and a slate roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window
range. A near symmetrical front with banded ground floor and
moulded parapet coping. A right-of-centre doorway has a
moulded architrave, overlight and a 2-panel door. Paired
left-hand windows, that on the ground floor in an arched
recess; architraves, and second-floor sill blocks, to 2/2-pane
sashes. A full-width first-floor cast-iron balcony on brackets
has good foliate railings, and a tented roof on brackets.
