Attached house. Late C18. Stucco with limestone dressings,
gable stacks and a pantile mansard roof. Double-depth plan.
Late Georgian style. 2 storeys, attic and basement; 3-window
range. A symmetrical front has a cornice and parapet, and
coped dormers. Semicircular-arched doorway has jambs to flat,
fluted brackets under lozenges and a canopy, fanlight and
6-panel door. 6/6-pane sashes and 3 dormers. Rubble basement
beneath has a low segmental-arched doorway. INTERIOR not
inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached railings over
projecting basement. Possibly built with Paty's Nos 1-6 (qv).
