House. c1830. Stucco with ashlar dressings, roof not visible.
Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 2 storeys; 3-window
range. A symmetrical front with cornice and parapet, coped
left gable; a semicircular-arched doorway with consoles to a
moulded canopy, 6-panel door and fanlight; late C19 canted
bays, plain first-floor windows, all with late C20 glazing.
INTERIOR: panelled bay and shutters. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES:
attached spear-headed area railings and 2-leaf gates.
