Two town houses, now shops. Early C19. Stucco on studwork;
slurried scantle slate roof. Brick end stacks to No.2. Deep
plan altered when converted to shops. 3 storeys; overall
3-window range (No.1 has 2-window front). Original 16-pane
hornless sashes within moulded architraves with shaped aprons
with shells and scrolled ears to pediments with anthemion to
first floor and flat heads to 2nd floor; quoin strips and
mid-floor band with key pattern. Ground floor has late C19
double shop front to No.1 (left) with wide central doorway and
another doorway to far left; panelled pilasters, consoles and
moulded cornice to fascia. No.2 has C20 shop front. INTERIOR
not inspected.
