stucco on studwork; asbestos slate roof with projecting eaves
on wooden brackets, hip on the corner. Shallow depth rounded
corner-site plan. 3 storeys; one window to street, 3 windows
to return (4 windows to first floor). C20 horned 16-pane.
Ground floor has C20 corner shop in Regency style with
pilasters, small panes, shallow fascia, and lattice fanlight
over door to splayed corner entrance; 2 windows right of
shop-front return. INTERIOR not inspected.
