Two town houses, now shops. Early C19. Render replacing stucco
on studwork; dry Delabole slate roof to No.3 (left) and brick
end stack on left; asbestos slate roof to No.4, with
projecting eaves on wooden brackets. Deep plan altered when
converted to shops. 3 storeys; overall 3-window range (No.3
has 2-window-range front). Stucco quoin strips. Original
16-pane hornless sashes (except glazing bars removed to lower
sashes of first floor) within moulded wooden architraves.
Ground floor has two C20 shop fronts. INTERIOR not inspected.
The replaced stucco probably had similar detail to Nos 1 & 2
(qv) adjoining.
