Town house, now shop. Early C19. Stucco on studwork to front;
dry Delabole slate roof with brick end stack on left. Deep
plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Quoin strips, heavy moulded
cornice to parapet; original 12-pane hornless sashes within
moulded wooden architraves; triangular pediments over consoles
to first floor; moulded 2nd-floor sill string and moulded
hoods over consoles to 2nd-floor windows. Ground floor has C20
double shop front with fluted end pilasters and consoles
flanking high fascia. INTERIOR: much of the original
carpentry, joinery and plasterwork to upper floors including
chimney-piece with moulded architrave and corner blocks.
