Detached town house. 1815. For Mrs Elizabeth Jenkins, lessee.
Local freestone ashlar front, slatehanging to first floor of
service wing (left); dry Delabole slate hipped roof, brick end
stacks. Double-depth plan plus service wing set back on left
and at rear. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Central
doorway with 6-panel door and overlight with glazing bars
within open distyle wooden Tuscan porch with squat
entablature. Flat arches with projecting key blocks over
original sashes with glazing bars. INTERIOR not inspected but
likely to be of interest. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: wrought-iron
balustrade on either side of stone steps.
