House. c1830s. Built for developer Josephus Ferris. Stucco
front; asbestos slate roof with wide eaves at the front,
pierced clay ridge tiles, brick end stacks. Double-depth plan
with 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall. 2
storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Central round-headed
doorway with C20 door and plain fanlight, and porch with round
hood carried on square columns; rusticated quoins, moulded
window architraves with C20 windows, widely-spaced eaves
brackets. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
