House in row. Early C19. Stucco to front, dry slate roof with
projecting eaves at the front, brick end stacks. Double-depth
plan. 2 storeys; nearly symmetrical 3-window front. Central
round-arched doorway with plain fanlight over C20 panelled
door; original 16-pane hornless sashes over probably granite
sills; widely spaced eaves brackets. INTERIOR not inspected
but likely to be of interest.
