House at end of row. Early C19. Splatter dash over stucco or
render, asbestos slate roof with projecting eaves, brick end
stack on the left,hipped return on the right. Double-depth
plan. 2 storeys; nearly symmetrical 3-window front. Wide
elliptical-arched doorway, and window over, slightly left of
centre with 6-panel door between key-pattern pilasters and
plain overlight; original 12-pane hornless sashes within
rendered architraves. Right-hand return into John Street has 2
original sashes. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of
interest.
