House in terrace. 1830s. Dressed coursed Killas; asbestos
slate roof with brick end stacks. Cast-iron ogee gutters.
Double-depth plan with central stair hall. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window range. Central keyed round-headed central
doorway with C20 panelled door and blind spoked fanlight.
Segmental brick arches over C20 sixteen-pane sashes to ground
floor and original 1st-floor hornless sashes with intermediate
glazing bars removed. INTERIOR not inspected.
