Pair of houses in a terrace. c1820s. Dressed coursed Killas to
part of ground floor, otherwise Killas rubble; asbestos slate
roof with brick end stacks. Double-depth plan of 2 similar
houses. Each house has a reception room at the front and a
room behind; parallel entrance passages in the centre. No.31
(left) has service wing extension at the rear. 2 storeys;
overall symmetrical 3-window front. Blind central window over
pair of round-headed doorways; original 6-panel door to No.31,
blind fanlights; shallow segmental arches with keyblocks over:
C20 sixteen-pane sashes to No.31 otherwise C20 windows.
