Farmhouse. Late C17, altered mid C20. English bond brick on
rubble stone plinth, wavy tiled roof on brick raised eaves, axial
brick stack. Two-storey, 3-window C17 range. Central ledged door
with original iron fittings within C20 gabled porch, 3-light
hollow-chamfered mullioned casement with hoodmould either side.
Two-brick plat band to first floor; 3-light mullioned casement
either side of central 2-light mullioned casement, raised eaves.
Attached to right is C19 two-storey extension with 2-light and 3-
light casements, until recently used as the dairy. Right return
has planked door. Rear has single-storey C19 kitchen extension, 2-
light casements to main range. Interior not accessible at time of
survey (May 1986), but said to have open fireplaces and chamfered
beams. Attached to front are C19 cast-iron railings with spear
heads.
