Drinking fountain. C19. Manufactured by George Smith & Co, Sun
Foundry, Glasgow. Octagonal cast-iron structure with plinth,
concave waist and tall barrel with moulded base. At the head
of this is a double flange with decorative fixing bolts, ogee
domical top with finial. Ogee-shaped bowl on one face and each
facet is framed in moulded band and decorative strapwork motif
on every other face of ogee top.
