rendered brick front and gabled roof of concrete pantiles. 2
storeys and attics.
EXTERIOR: symmetrical front with 5-window range of flush C19
double-hung sash window with moulded surrounds and margin
glazing. Central element is a blind window recess. Central
pair of recessed door surrounds of early C19 under segmental
reeded timber arch and reeded pilasters and door architraves
with lozenge motif at corners. Contemporary 4-panel doors.
No.4 has 2 flat-roofed dormers and rendered gable end stack
with decorative square pots. No.5 has one segmental-headed
dormer window with a double-hung sash window with margin
glazing bars. First-floor windows of No.5 have coloured glass
in 4 corners and share a rendered gable and stack with No.6
(qv). No.4 has some probably C17 timber-framing exposed
inside. No.5 has inglenook stack with oven and mantel beam.
