Shop, former house. Late C16 and C19. Timber-framed and
rendered with Welsh slate gabled roof with square ridgeline
stack at NW end. Front has one square double-hung sash with
margin glazing and central glazing bar, on first floor. Ground
floor has one squat C19 tripartite double-hung sash window and
mid-C19 doorcase with flat hood on foliate consoles and door
of 2 vertical panels with moulded surrounds. Roof has one
lean-to roofed dormer with small paned 2-light casement.
INTERIOR: late C16 floor structure of spine beam and stop
chamfered joists with soffit tenons. As first built there was
a jetty to the rear (SW) of building. C17/C18 fireplace with
oak mantel beam.
