Farmhouse, probably C16 and in 2 stages. 2 storeys. Timber-framed and
plastered. Plaintiled roofs, with two axial chimneys of red brick, both with
rebuilt shafts of c.1980. Mid C20 casements. Two C19 boarded entrance doors,
each having a late C19 entrance porch of painted red brick with plaintiled
roofs and arched outer doorways. A cross-wing to left is probably an
extension of c.1600 to an earlier 3-cell house; it has a 2-tier side purlin
roof. Interior not examined.
