Detached cottage. Circa 1840. Limestone ashlar, Welsh slate roof
with coped verges and gable end stone stacks. Two-storey, 2-
window. Low gabled stone porch with inner planked door to centre,
16-pane sash either side. Plat band and two 12-pane sashes to
first floor. Single-storey lean-to extension attached to right
return. Rear has sashes. Included as good unaltered example of
mid C19 cottage.
