House. Dated 1651. Rubble, stone slate roof. End lobby-entry plan, raised
to 2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows, added 2-storey porch on right. Quoins.
House: central door of 6 flush panels in quoined chamfered ashlar surround.
To right on ground floor, double-chamfered 4-light window with hollow-
moulded mullions. To left, 3-light chamfered mullion window. First floor:
4-light chamfered mullion windows, both with flush king mullion between 3rd
and 4th lights. Porch: on each floor a 2-light double-chamfered mullion
window. Left return of porch: blocked doorway. Right return of porch:
board door in plain surround. Inner, original, doorway has chamfered
quoined surround with basket arch, and on lintel inscription "1651 T.B.".
Shaped kneelers and ashlar copings to left of house and to porch. End
stacks, corniced to left. Left return: 2 blocked single-light windows
lighting loft over original single-storey house; old roofline. Two-storey
range to right, farm buildings converted to residential use, not of special
