Pedley (m 4th Earl) (of Tetworth and Abbotsley co Hunts) Sable three lozenges argent on a chief or as many fleurs de lis gules.
Fairfax (m 2nd Earl) Argent three bars gemels sable surmounted by a lion rampant gules.
Between Hill and Pedley are the shields of Noel: Gules fretty or a canton ermine
and Verney (m Cave) Azure of a cross argent five mullets pierced gules.
