Farmhouse, now disused. Late C18 with later additions and alterations.
Red brick; hipped slate roof. 3 storeys with dentilled eaves cornice.
3-window front; mid-C19 six-paned horned sashes with contemporary tile
cills in C18 segmental-headed openings to ground and first floors, lower
left blind. 3-light C18 leaded casements directly below eaves, blind
to left. Integral stack to centre of back wall and integral lateral
stacks to left and right. Lower brick service range at right-angles
to rear forming T-plan has raking struts from tie beam to principal rafters
to gable end and hoist above window to gable; door on first floor.
Slightly jowled wall post to right corner. Interior. Inspection not
possible at time of resurvey (January 1987) but likely to be of interest.
