House. Late C18 with later alterations. Coursed, hammer-dressed sandstone. Pantile roof. Four rebuilt brick stacks. Three-cell, hearth-passage plan. Two-storey, three-window front. Panelled door to left of centre has plain tooled lintel. Two-light horizontal sliding sashes to each side, with keyed lintels. End window to right has been replaced by C20 door. Upper windows are four-pane sashes with stone sills. Coped gable walls with moulded kneelers. Two end stacks, one with external flue; one to left and right of centre.
