1/21 Gateway approx. 7 metres,
N of New Oak Lodge

Gateway, C19, formerly to Debden Hall (demolished). Piers of plastered
brickwork and stone, gates of wrought iron with small parts of cast iron. 3
rusticated piers approx. 4 metres high with ball finials. Pair of carriage
gates each 1.77 metres wide, foot gate 1.17 metres wide. Design consists mainly
of scrollwork with stylised fan motifs and foliate termini.
