Farmhouse and attached cottage and barn under continuous roof. Early C19. Coursed
squared gritstone with gritstone dressings,and quoins to farmhouse. Plain tile
roof with stone gable end and ridge stacks, and stone coped gables with moulded
kneelers to cottage and barn. Two storeys, three bay central farmhouse with single
bay cottage to south and two bay barn, attached to north. Farmhouse has central
flush quoined doorcase with panelled door, 3-light flush mullion window with plain
sashes to south and similar 2-light window to north. Above, similar windows in
same arrangement with central single light window between. To south, attached
cottage has plank door in flush surround to north, with 2-light flush mullion
window to south. Similar window above, both have four pane casements. To north
of farmhouse, attached barn with flush quoined doorcase with plank door and flush
windows to either side. Above, two small flush hayloft openings.
