Farmhouse and attached barns. Mid C18 with C19 alterations and C19 barns. Coursed
squared gritstone with gritstone dressings, partly painted, and quoins. Stone slate
roofs to farmhouse and adjacent outbuilding, slate roof to further outbuilding.
House has stone gable end stacks and moulded stone coped gables and kneelers. Two
storeys, two bay house with lower two bay barn to east and further single storey
three bay barn attached beyond. Farmhouse has central C19 stone porch with shallow
pediment over and panelled door. Flush C18 doorcase inside. To either side,
recessed 3-light square sectioned mullion windows. Above, two similar windows.
All fenestration three pane fixed lights or casements. Attached to west, roughcast
lean-to with C20 window. Barn to east has four quoined doorcase with stabledoors
of various heights, between easternmost doors a flush window. Above, two flush
hayloft doors. Attached to east, lower barn with three quoined doorcases, central
one only with door, other two blocked, with C20 windows.
