Farmhouse. c1840. Coursed squared girtstone with gritstone dressings and quoins,
slate roof with stone gable end stacks and stone coped gables with moulded kneelers.
Two storeys, three bays, L-plan. Central ovolo moulded, four-centred arched doorcase
with glazed, panelled door and divided overlight. To either side, 3-light recessed
and chamfered mullion windows with dripmoulds and two pane casements or fixed lights.
Above, three 2-light recessed and chamfered mullion windows with similar glazing.
Rear wing has similar windows, some with leaded lights. Included for group value
only.
