Small house now outbuilding. Mid C18. Rubble sandstone, stone slate eaves
courses to pantile roof. Quoins. Boarded door to right of centre has large-
quoined surround and square cut-out to soffit of deep lintel. Flanking 3-
light casements with flush sills and lintels but altered jambs. 1st floor:
2-light casements in square-faced surrounds without central mullions, single-
light window to left of centre. Shaped kneelers, chamfered gable-copings.
Brick end stack on left, that to right gable removed. Outbuilding to No 14
(Westendville) at time of resurvey.
