House now divided. Mid C19. Thinly coursed rubble with quoins. Stone slate
roof. In Vernacular Revival style. T-plan with projecting rear wing. Two
storeys. Single-bay gabled cross-wing to left, 3-bay near-symmetrical main
facade. Double-chamfered windows with hoodmoulds. The wing has a 4-light
window to each floor and a blocked square light in the apex. Cable-copings
on deep moulded kneelers. The main range has a central, stone, gabled porch
with doorway which has a cambered head. 5-light windows to left, 4-light to
right, both floors. Three ornamental ashlar stacks. A 5-light window to
each floor of left return and a doorway to left in a C20 glazed porch. A
later 2-storey addition projects from the gable end of the rear wing but is
not of special interest.
