SJ 55 NW PECKFORTON PECKFORTON HALL LANE


1/13 Farm buildings east of
Manor Farm House

GV II

Shippon, circa 1870. Red brick with tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays
with 4 bay return (south) giving an "L" shaped plan. Full height and
half heck boarded doors hung by strap hinges to stone blocks and with
matching latch blocks. Cast iron lattice casements to south wing and
hopper lights in the west wing. There are round pitch holes, with
stone sills, at loft level. The south gable apex has timbers and
brickwork painted to resemble timbers and shaped purlin ends.
