Cottage, late C17. Stone and brick nogged timber-frame with machine
tile roof. Single storey and attic, 2 bays. Stone plinth, south
gable in stone and stone lean-to to north gable. Facade timbers in
small framing with short angle and tension braces. Replaced ledged
and braced door with false strap hinges. Cast iron Tollemache-style
lattice windows, those to the upper floor in gabled half dormers.
Rebuilt diagonal single-flue stack.
Interior: Bevelled beams and exposed ceiling joist.
