Farmhouse. Late C18/early C19 with early C18 origins and C20 alterations. Rendered,
painted stone dressings, C20 tile roof. Central staircase plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
Central entrance has plain surround and cornice with cyma reversa moulding; C20
door. Ground floor window to left and right has plain surround and 16-pane sashes.
On upper floor outer two windows are similar, but left hand window is narrower;
sashes. Quoins. Gable-end ridge stacks. To right is set-back wing of slobbered
rubble of 2 storeys, 1 bay. Interior: painted stone fireplace with pilasters,
base and impost blocks and flat arch inscribed B 1729

on 3 imitation voussoirs; cyma recta cornice. Dog-leg staircase has closed string,
and 2 turned balusters per tread.
