House. Early - mid C19. Squared grey gritstone, hammer dressed, and
rubble, ashlar dressings, graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 x 1 1/2
bays. Projecting quoins and plinth. Central half-glazed C20 door in plain
surround; flanking and first-floor 16-pane sashes in projecting surrounds.
Stone gutter brackets, banded end stacks. Rear: central round-arched stair
window, the remaining windows as front. Left return: chamfered shallow
arch to side door with 2 windows to left, ground and first floor, as front
but with C20 frames.
