Farmhouse, C17, C18 and C19. Rubble, Welsh slate roofs. 2-storeys and
basement, double-depth plan. Entrance front, facing north: C17 and C18.
5 bays. Quoins. Central studded board door in moulded ashlar doorcase on
plinths with blocking course above. To left, at basement level, single-
light and two 2-light double-chamfered mullion windows. On ground and first
floors, to extreme left, blocked fire windows with interrupted jambs.
16-pane sash windows, some blind, with monolithic lintels and sills. Ashlar
copings, end stacks. Left return of older range: blocked segmental arch
below relieving arch of large fireplace. Rear range added in C19 parallel
to first: garden front, facing south: 3 bays. Quoins. Central 4-panel
part-glazed door below overlight with decorative glazing bars in ashlar
doorcase with cornice. 4-pane sash windows with monolithic lintels and
sills. Interior of older range: in sitting room, large fireplace with
chamfered segmental arch with masons' marks, and behind it, in rear porch,
remains of bread oven.
