Lodge, formerly to the Saltram Estate. Killas rubble with
rubble quoin rustication; wheat-reed thatched hipped roof with
central rubble stack surmounted by 2 diagonally-set brick
shafts. Small rectangular 2-room plan.
Single storey; 2-window road front with 2 x 4-pane 2-light
casements. Doorway to centre of left-hand end within open
porch with thatch of main roof projecting over wide braced
opening with rustic latticed sides; planked door.
