Walls and gate-piers. C18. Rubble walls with some reused C17
dressed stone fragments in the piers. Semicircular on plan
with square-on-plan gate-piers. This wall and the coach house
(part of the Stable Block, qv) enclose a cobbled yard which
also gives access to a pond which was formerly used for
washing the wheels of horse-drawn vehicles on the Saltram
Estate. Included for group value.
