GV II

Farmhouse, now student accommodation. Early C17, altered C19
and mid C20. Timber frame with painted brick infill, plain
tile gabled roof. U-plan with projecting gables on north-west
and extension on north.
EXTERIOR: single storey with attics. 3 chimneys with corniced
heads and clay pots; 2 on ridge. C19 casement windows and sash
windows with glazing bars; C20 casement windows.
Entrance (south-east) front: irregular. Black, painted,
rendered plinth. 4 gabled dormers; 3 with 5-light casements,
one which is smaller and has a 2-light casement. 5 sash
windows on ground floor, the first, fourth and fifth are
tripartite. C20 entrance door with glazed panel under C20
gabled porch. One bay extension on right in similar style.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
