Pair of cottages, formerly part of the Hoo estate. Dated 1865 (plaque to SW
gable). Cottage ornee style. Chequered red brick with yellow brick
dressings. Fishscale tile roofs. L-plan, one storey and attics, with single-
storeyed outhouse blocks to N. 2 windows to ground floor, 3 gabled dormers to
attic, all with C20 2-light casements. Central gabled porch, rebuilt C20.
Apart from porch, gables retain carved finials and bargeboards with cusps and
flower decoration.
