House and former blacksmith's shop. C17 and C19. House is timber framed,
with colourwashed plaster render, RH gable of brick. Thatched roof, hipped to
LH end. Outbuilding projecting from LH (former blacksmith's shop) is of
mottled red brick with clay tile roof. House is of 3 room plan, one storey
and attics. Ground floor has 2 3-light casements with glazing bars and one
single light. Attic has 3 small dormer windows, all 2-light casements.
Doorway between 2 LH bays. 4 panel door under gabled open porch. This is in
line with red brick double ridge stack serving back-to-back hearth. RH bay
has plank door in moulded surround under small gabled hood.
