Owlcotes Farmhouse and

Farmhouse. Early C18. Rubble sandstone with sandstone dressings. Stone slate
and tiled roof with stone gable end stacks, brick ridge stack and external stone
stack with brick upper parts East elevation of four bays. Centre bay deeply
recessed with doorway with chamfered stone surround and keystone. C20 door.
Glazing bar sash above. Projecting gabled wings with a glazing bar sash to the
first floor. Right hand bay with a C20 casement window to the ground floor.
Further bay to the left with a glazing bar sash to the first floor. Stone garden
wall with chamfered copings attached to the south.
