Farmhouse, now house. Mid-late C18 with C19 extension to right and C20
alterations. Brick with pantile roof. Plan: 2-room central entrance front
with single-room extension to right and rear outshut. 2 stories, 4 bays: 3-
bay symmetrical front to left. C19 beaded doorcase with flat hood; 6-panel
door beneath overlight with decorative margin bars in reveal. C20 16-pane
casements in original openings with channelled and keyed stucco cambered
arches and projecting cills. Vertical joint between two builds; blocked
door and C20 bow window to right. Double-course brick first floor band.
Similar 16-pane casements to first floor. Stepped and finely-dentilled
brick eaves cornice. Brick coped and tumbled gables. End stacks. Tie-bars
with initials C D to left gable.
