House and outbuildings, now a shop and flats. C18, early C19 rear wing,
shopfront early/mid C19. Red brick with some grey bricks, in
Flemish-bond. Steep pitched roof to front block now slated. Slated roofs
to rear wing hipped at W ends. A 2-storeys, L-shaped corner building
facing E, with a long rear extension parallel to Wesley Road on S. E
front has a deep moulded timber band under the eaves, a single sash
window on 1st floor with flush box and 6/6 panes, and a shopfront of
pilasters with incised linear decoration, entablature with dentils below
frieze, 3-lights window with plastered stallriser, and half glazed
moulded panelled door with margin-lights. Short hipped 2-storeys rear
wing with C20 porch in SW angle. Straight joint at set-back 2-storeys
outbuilding with 5 recessed sash windows with plastered reveals, flat
arches, and 8/8 panes on 1st floor. 2 taller similar windows to ground
floor.
