Garden house and attached garden walls. Late C17 and early C18. Limestone and
gritstone rubble. Gritstone dressings, copings and quoins. Stone slate roof.
Moulded stone coped gables and kneelers. Two storeys, single bay. West and east
elevations have flush quoined chamfered doorcases to south with plank doors. To
north, 2-light recessed and chamfered mullion windows with hoods and C17 leaded
lights. Large blocked openings above. North elevation has flight of steps with
chamfered stone coped side wall, up to first floor door. Cavetto moulded doorcase
with early studded wooden door. Adjoining, 2-light recessed and chamfered
mullion window to west, Corner fireplace inside. Attached to either side and
continuing in square around garden, gritstone and limestone rubble wall with
chamfered copings. Small section to north in red brick with bands of gritstone.
